Donald Joseph Qualls better known as the stage title DJ Qualls was born in the US. He is a producer, actor and model. His fame was sparked by his appearance in Road Trip. Since then the actor has been in more than 20 films, such like The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. Apart from his appearances on Road Trip he has played in 22 different TV shows like Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order etc. Qualls is fighting Hodgkin's lymphoma from the time he was 14 years old. The cancer had gone into remission within two years. The treatment at an early stage had a negative effect on the body. This impeded his growth. Financial security became his main objective once he began because he had experienced poverty all through his childhood. I've been living so cheaply for so long I have been able to enjoy that financial security or my life feels uncontrollable for me he stated in an interview. In addition, when he thinks back to his own youth, he wants to make a difference in the bullying issue. He says "Cruelty breaks the heart of my soul." The best job for DJs is one of a father in real life. However, he admits that "Directors don't cast my in these roles." He'd love to become father one day to be able to devote more time to the child and less to his career.
